Climatic Chamber

Our environmental chamber conducts both temperature and humidity testing, simulating specific climatic conditions. It allows precise regulation of temperature and humidity to test how products, materials, or components perform and endure under varying environmental stresses. This helps ensure reliability, durability, and compliance with industry standards such as MIL-STD 810 & BS EN 60068.

Dust Chamber

Our dust chamber tests products to IP5X and IP6X standards (BS EN 60529:1992), showing how they perform in dusty environments.  Using certified TALC dust, we provide reliable, repeatable results that give you confidence your equipment will keep working, even in challenging conditions.

Splash Chamber

Our large-capacity splash water chamber tests to BS EN 60529:2012, covering IPX1 to IPX6.  These tests show how products perform against dripping, spraying, and powerful water jets, ensuring reliable protection and proven durability in wet or challenging environments.

Immersion Chamber

Our immersion chamber allows full immersion testing to demonstrate product resilience in water.  Two large viewing portholes let customers observe performance in real time, providing confidence that equipment can withstand demanding underwater conditions.

Mechanical Testing

We carry out mechanical strength testing to IEC 62368-1, assessing the durability of audio, video, and ICT equipment.  Our facility ensures products meet safety requirements, giving manufacturers and end-users confidence in their reliability and protection against everyday mechanical stresses.

HALT Testing

Our HALT facility combines a large-capacity vibration table with a climate chamber, enabling simultaneous random vibration and temperature stress testing.  Ideal for product development, this process reveals weaknesses early, providing valuable insights to improve design, reliability, and overall performance.
